1 Glasgow Ellen The Deliverance (First Print Copy)

From a recent Bonham's and Butterfield's auction of early 19th Century fiction--this copy is just about "as new" even though it is over 100 years old. Square, tight, and clean throughout. Absolutely no spots or discoloration to red cloth boards--full gilt lettering to front board and spine. Original tissue guard covering title page and opposite color illustration. Page blocks and edges unmarked and clean. A totally collectable copy in remarkable condition. From a Pulitzer Prize winning novelist. Two copies available--this being the best.
